What can I expect at the event this year?
Enjoy tasting stations featuring seasonal bites from local Metro East restaurants, live music, and interactive experiences that support research, prevention, and patient programs.

What time does it start/end?
Doors open for all guests at 5:30 pm. The event closes at 8:30 pm.

What do I wear?
Business casual or cocktail attire is appropriate.

How do I get there?
The event is located at the Gateway Convention Center (1 Gateway Dr, Collinsville, IL 62234). Parking & event entrance details will be emailed.

How do I pay if I win a silent auction item or want to make a donation?
The auction is held completely online with credit card payments.  We will also be able to accept credit card payment for additional donations during the event or on our website.

Can tickets be purchased at the door?
It is recommended to purchase your ticket prior to the event so that our restaurant partners can adequately prepare for the number of guests in attendance. Please contact Mandie at [email protected] to confirm closer to the event if there are any tickets still available to be purchased at the door.

Do you need to be 21 to participate?
Yes, our event includes drink tickets for wine, beer, and liquor and all attendees must be 21+ to attend.

How do I see what items will be included in the silent auction?
Once items are ready to be bid on, you can click the “view items” button on our homepage to view all of the packages.

I have a friend that wants to support the event, but can’t make it that night.  What can he/she do?
General donations can be made on this website by clicking the “purchase” button on our homepage and making a donation online.

Will I get a receipt for my tax records?
An email confirmation of donation may be used as a receipt for online donations, including ticket sales and auction items. Email [email protected] if you are having any trouble locating receipts or proofs of purchase,

How will my donation be used?
Fork Cancer donations will support the mission of the American Cancer Society by funding research, providing public education about prevention and early detection, advocating for cancer policies and federal, state and local legislation, and providing patient services such as rides to treatment, free lodging, emotional support and much more.

I purchased tickets, but cannot attend anymore.  Can I get a refund?
All sales are final and help to fund the mission of ACS.
